My friend got this exact same e-mail when looking for a house in Nottingham to rent. He googled the e-mail address and it came up showing to be connected to an internet scam in Paris.
The scammer claimed to be Irish - but the level and quality of English was awful!!0 -
It is still on gumtree today. I have a student staying with me and he was looking for a flat for September. Luckily he showed me the email and I told him to stay away from it. I have told him to report it to gumtree.0
