    Hi all,

    Didnt pad yesterday as I was away for the weekend.
    Anyway am back now and have done a small pad of £1 today.
    DFW Nerd no. 108 :D

    Weight loss (started 12/05/2012) = 37lbs/109lbs

    Morning All!

    Woken up with a migraine (and it's a bright sunshiny day - great!). Anyone any tips for dealing with a migraine other than the obvious dark room, tablets etc? Trying to get through the day as don't want to take another day sick.
