  • HI all - well done on the recent PADs - excellent!

Can I please ask (because I'm going to start doing this properly VERY soon (exam is in 10 days time:eek: then I can concentrate on budgeting/PADing/and, of course, chatting on the forums;)))

I am just waiting for a clear balance after my mammoth payment yesterday (it hasn't reached my card yet ) then I am going to move my other 2 balances onto a 0% offer_party_ from barclaycard for 15 months. I am going to set up a DD for £200 per month (and pay as much extra each month as I can).

What do I post on this thread? £200 plus extras? or only extra payments? or anything above the minimum payment?

Thanks for any advice - I want to make sure I'm doing the same as everyone else.

Hi there, I asked a similar q a few days ago, and I think the consensus was anything over and above minimum payments as it's all extra into the debt kitty :)

I've PaD'ed £10 to my Halifax c/c again today, please can it be added? :)

    Thanks,

    Az

Hi and welcome to the thread!

Everyone here does things differently, some people only post the extra payments they make and some include minimum payments - its completely up to you. Although if you include your £200, it will boost our daily amounts :rotfl:

PAD for me today is £5.57 to moving house fund please.

Hope everyone is well, Angelic - how are things for you? Hope things are getting better!

    Hey Flower!

I'm doing not too bad...there's sooo much going on just now that I've not really thought about OH and his strop. He's not really the type to walk out but I really don't like the threat...hopefully things will get better soon and we can go back to being happy again!

    How's things with you?

In terms of payments and what to count as pads, I just include everything as well as minimum payments as it's easier to count, and it's all going to debts!

Ths signature is out of date because I'm too lazy to update it... :o
  • Thanks Sila - think I'll do that - as long as I'm consistent and make sure I make overpayments it'll be fine.:p

Angelica - sorry you seem to be having trouble at home - I haven't read all the thread but hope things get better for you soon.

I lose track of who I've talked to on which threads so it gets a bit confusing finding people again;)
