Hi Sasha, welcome back.My felines are being extra naughty atm, maybe it's the season? Cat projectile vomiting down your wall, couch, heater and carpet anyone?:rotfl: <== Not funny at the time! Then another one stealing danish pastries - out of the packet. And the youngest is just my furry stalker atm.
Thanks scooby, just hope I find something before I run out of money.Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Car loan 1 £11,174, Car loan 2 £5,532, CC 0% BT £780. Debt Free Diary to try & keep spending in check.0 -

This must be such a difficult situation for you, probably harder because it's an in-law and not your own.
Sending lots of hugs and sympathy (I grew up with my mother drinking too much) and I hope he either admits his problem and deals with it or you can find a solution

Good for you angelic, I'm sure it's at least worth giving yourself the choice of doing it or not

Thanks for all your comments, guys. It's a horrid situation, especialy considering that my dad was an alcoholic too, and I never wanted to go through it again. I'd forgotten how selfish they areAnyhoo. Had a chat with him last night and we have our fingers crossed that the painful truths we told him (i.e. he will lose his family soon if he doesn't change) have hit home this time. Not holding our breath though.
PAD for today is £8 into Mad Catter please! Other half is now insisting that we spend his contents on some joint treat when we empty it, as he keeps getting £2 coins in his change and feels obliged to give them to me for him
OHHHHH..and I noticed today that I have passed the £10,000 mark in PADs since 15/9/9!!!! How exciting is that? I have NO idea where that money would've disappeared to otherwise, so once again a HEEEOOGGGE thank you to MSE
Hope you all have wonderful weekends and enjoy the sun!

Hi Skaps
I joined your exercise thread and I haven't done the 3 times a week once since I joined it
We are not organised enough for lists and things like that on here :rotfl: - but we do have a totaller who adds up all the pads made for the day, and then does a monthly total. We have done pretty well so far this year, I think the totals are on the front page. This month it's Sashybo who has taken on the job of totaliser.
You just need to make sure you put your pads in big, bold and colour so they can be spotted easily. Happy padding!
