If you want to amend or delete a Payee online, how do you do it??

unfortunately FD internet banking is still slightly archaic.

You can't delete existing Payees. They can put "DO NOT USE" in the reference field for you, but not delete it completely. Unused bill payments then drop off after 12 months of not being used.
It's a rather ugly thorn in the side of an otherwise pretty decent internet banking system.Whilst my posts do not constitute financial advice, I am always, without fail, 100% right!
