I've rented out property using loot.com and gumtree.com and not had any problems. Really good tenants actually.0

Hi,
You could try https://www.letalife.com or the website of your local newspaper should have a classifieds section advertising private rentals. Or the window of your local supermarket/Wilko/newsagent? But do check you get a proper contract and your deposit is protected still.
