Is Tune Up Utilities 2006 worth getting?

I have got the trial version and it seems good, but do people think it is worth getting for $39.99 (about £21.50)?

I use tuneup utilities it does far more than ccleaner does, similar to Norton utils with some extras, its a great product I being using it since 2005 version.

    Yes and no.

I did purchase my version from amazon when they were doing a special for £14.99.

I noted it's £26.99, thats boxed with literature also and select free delivery takes a couple of days longer than 1st class for saving.

It has some good features, tune up styler 2 works ok, however they don't seem to have got that totally correct yet.

I also have Norton System works 2006, which they both are good, but Norton has some better features.

I use Tweaknow pro 2006 also, that beats them both.

Styler 2 works fine for me and you can get extra themes online for free along with icons. I downloaded the whole lot from there web site

It does not seem to skin cd and dvd icons that well.

It also does not understand some removable drives.

very similar to many programs out there (norton utilities and ashampoo winoptimizer to name 2)
it is not going to soup your pc's speed through the roof
but used every now and then pretty good for keeping your windows running
    smoothly

been using since 2004 and have recommended to family and friends
(not something i would normally do!)
