We don't leave until 17th (if I haven't murder mr Dopey by then), I swear there are regiments deploying to Afganistan with less mess and bits. I haven't really done much research cos I was waiting for a weather forecast a bit nearer the time, Big Dopey here wants to air the tent and practice shoving it up and down. Me and Doggles are just watching, with a glass of wine, me not the doggles;););)

I can just picture it now......rucksacks on, pots and pans jangling. Khaki shorts, socks and boots. Beanie hat. Wellies for going to the loo, when its raining may be a necessary item. Primus stove and bacon and beans sizzling, at some ungodly hour of the morning. Kettles whistling signalling 'tea's up'. :T wish I was coming with you. Enjoy, and pray for good weather.:D:D

ever the optimist you are. :Ddont forget i am trying (in Vane) to get hinself to get a tent not just for him you understand ,so far hes not biting .now is there anything you can think of that i can give him to butter him up?:cool:

Hi everyone just sat down cos carers are here to put oh to bed and I just get in their way. One commented this morning that the wet room had a funny smell, 'a bit like a wet dog' she said, hmm I wonder what that could be, so I just agreed with her.
When do the wagons roll PDD and where do they intend stopping?
When Dd came for her tea tonight, as well as Dgs and dog, she brought her2 stepdaughters and the baby daughter of elder one Im a patient woman but... a bit of warning would have helped, As it was I buttered more bread and put a bowl of salad out to make it go round, dont know what they thought
