Sunny here again, must be a record:D Yes meal out was nice but can't help thinking it was a bit of a waste of money - could have been a bit more off the debt IYSWIM. What a pain you have to make 2 meals MrsI no wonder you get fed up cooking. :eek::eek::eek:

Still trying to dig DD out of bed to give DH his card - after all I bought it:mad: - puppy has upset tummy (blech). Do hope she gets the job, she needs to get herself some holiday spends because we are not providing it, we already paid for her holiday so she needs to do something instead of lying around all day.

We are out for lunch (free) today so looking forward to that, no cooking necessary. Now have to make myself presentable (!) see you all later, have a lovely day.

Sunny here again, this is a bit weird, in fact quite a lot weird!!! The weather in Scotland has been weird since Christmas really, read something yesterday about us being short of water!!!!! Can't quite believe that!

OH very pleased with his FD pressie and the loony with the lawnmower must be tired out, cos never appeared this morning. S am chilling, may wander out and sit on the deck again. Hope you are all chilling and relaxing.........

Morning, yes, we also have sunshine,:T:T but I dont suppose I'll see too much of it as I have to be painters apprentice today :(and repair the paper in oh's old room and paint it whisper cream (sounds posher than magnolia but thats what it is.:D Hope the childers dont forget fathers day, oh would be disappointed, (but will have forgotten by this afternoon) :A

Been a busy odd sort of day kids got dad wine (good) getting ready for plumbers and gas people tomorrow and big bro is building me a cupboard and painter paul is gonna finish oh's old room off, so going lots of moving things about. Still got out in sunshine. hope everyone had a great weekend night night

good afternoon everyone, late posting today,plumbers/gas fitters here today. I dont know what it is with me and builders either, but these numpty's honestly:eek::eek::eek:...... First they were going to drill through the coving in the ceiling of living room and run pipes down the wall, so had to stop that, now I've just been upstairs to see what they have done, oh, god. I said in the middle of the walls in 2 big rooms backing onto each other, You couldnt make it up, they are literally IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BL00DY WALLS Jeeze. When I asked them to put them in the same place but at the BOTTOM of the walls above the skirting, the muppet in charge said YOU said the MIDDLE :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: (insert banging head on the wall smiley here)
Also builders are here to put the handrail on the ramp lets hope they can do it without breaking theramp this time

Ooooo mrs i......you do have problems with these builders, plumbers and carers...:mad:...I can well understand you banging your head against a brick wall. Hope everything sorts its self out soon........don't be banging your ahead against a brick wall.......bang the builders heads instead.:wall::wall::wall:

what a georgous w end its been.:)Yesterday saw boys out playing with mates ,with hose pipe water sprayers and soaked they had a whale of a time.We just stood in the window for a while and watched ,if mates mom had been out i would have been in there :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
