Hi PDD,

I will trust in what Niddy says.......he says its unenforceable so that's good enough for me, that's 2 out of 6 gone or almost gone.!! Its very complicated and that particular one was the last loan we took out, so I think I had convinced myself that it would be enforceable.!!

You are giving me hope, just have to sort out some stuff and then sending off the CCAs. Problem is it is going to be the end of the year, but at least the total is going down all the time,however, if anyone ticks me off in the meantime............
