Just in from work, knew my small businessman would be extra pesky to-day. Having a wee red wine cos my dinner was sort of Spanish. Mrs I, I hope you bought the OH some nice wine for his birthday and he liked his carpet. You need to get on with this Ebay, even for just buying its really not complicated, jeez I can do it!!!!!

Well is a bit quiet here, is everybody our barbecueing????

gorgeous evening here, but forecast poor for weekend - typical bank holiday! hoping to do some gardening though. dd home from uni for weekend, but probably won't see much of her as bf takes priority.

hope she'll show me how to use EBay. Hearing lots of good things about it.

Got letter from HFC Bank - still charging interest and late charges and overlimit charges, which is way more than cccs payment. Oh well all the rest are playing ball so guess I can't complain.

Think i deserve a little drink. Red wine, white wine or lager -mmm maybe a glass of each (lol)

I posted this morning but it must have got lost:mad: Anyhow I am up here in Bonnie Scotland, accomodation is nice & DD & friend have gone out on the town:eek::eek::eek: Ah well I think we'll be turning in soon :rotfl:Plenty of free food & booze for the next 2 days so that should be nice, not great for the diet though:eek:
Will keep checking in as brought lappy with me, PDD I hope you told the weather to be nice!

morning everyone, grey skies, but sun trying to break through. I was out last night to a wedding do. Lovely night cant move this am dont know why, could it be I am too old for all the shimmying that was going on? noooooooooo:o

today the painter is coming, yesterday the builders came and took off 3 of the tiles, (the plasterers had plastered over the vent for the fan and the outlet pipe fotr the water for the shower so bro tiled the walls unaware of what was under them, ) he wont be pleased tomorrow when he comes and sees the awkward cuts he'll have to do (insert resigned face smiley)

I've been out, bought 3 new white teeshirts for £5.50 in Primark (ist time!)visited family and now I'm back.

Just going to chill quietly on the sofa.............zzzzz

have been painters apprentice this morning, put washing out, rain:mad::mad::mad:
brought washing in. Carers didnt tell me we were low on ohs medication, ran out. too late for a repeat to be ordered, go to chemist and grovel beg ask for enough to tide us over weekend nice lady said yes:A now need to get shopping in as oh says he,ll be ok for an hour or so, back later

Hi All - had 24hrs without the internet, seems to have been very quiet on here!!!

Sasha - say hello to Edinburgh for me, as part of my job I covered Scotland and NI for 4 years, 1 week in 4 I stayed in Edinburgh, next to the zoo (next to, not in!!) so have a real love for the place, gave me a fantastic opportunity to see a lot of Scotland - both east and west:):):)

Hi Nanny - we are right near the zoo too - a bit further on near Murrayfield though! Glad you were'nt in the zoo but we only have your word for it :rotfl:

All great here & weather fine so far (but COLD), only problem is DD & friend came in yesterday from night out at 6am & woke us up:mad: Then today - did exactly the same - but this time we had a lie in till 6.20:mad::mad: Have a good mind to crash about now & wake them up:eek:

Hi everyone, Sunday Sunshine today so far. Sashy dont let the kids habits spoil your break, glad you are having good weather.
Had a panic moment last night, somehow I have to estimate when all the work will be finished then arrange for ambulance service to bring oh down stairs, (but they will need the hoist upstairs ) then get hoist downstairs to move him off the stairlift(impossible) get ceiling track hoist moved to living room and installed before he comes downstairs( but we need it to get him out of bed upstairs) get his profiling bed brought downstairs (but he will be in it the night before until we hoist him out to bring him downstairs)all on the same day oh and most importantly, get his sky and tv moved downstairs for him. Dear Lord help me!:eek::eek::eek::eek:
I sound whingey about it I know, but I'm not I'm just confused.:)

Hi,
Pouring with rain here. Glad I did some gardening yesterday. Hang on in there Mrs I. You're not whingeing - just having to deal with too many stressful things at once.

Met a friend last night for cinema followed by pasta (and wine) at zizi's. £26.00 plus bus fares. Very conscious now of everything I spend.

Off to the gym now (pole dancing by itself not enough!) Lunch with DD (OH away) followed by sorting out house (maybe) or snoozing (probably)
