PDD are you still considering then??....My OH feels guilty, but I have now decided, had they reduced interest I would have felt more inclined to go along with the original agreement, but he is now seeing things from another point of view, and we must have paid thousands back in interest.

i am torn really elsie i read thet even if they are unenforceable they still remaian a debt. as b card seem to have stopped int i think i am going to try recaiming the payment break plan cos i dont remember takin it out.I just need to find out if it the same as ppi

Have a lovely holiday Elsie, have sangria and tapas and paella and a walk on the beach and smell the maquis and smell that particular Spanish garlic smaell and see the really blue sea and have a nice sitdown and do a bit of people watching and just relax...........

I'm quite jealous, love Spain, spent some time there when I was young, very young.
With regards to the enforcability, I'm working on OH, its the hassle and the fact that we've got them all to cease interest, on the other hand its the length of time and the amount of interest they have already had. I may be due quite a nice sum of money soon, nothing concrete and I might do it then with the possibility of getting rid of the ones that aren't. But when I see you and Mouseann knocking them down, I think why wait????
In fact I haven't a clue, probably need to be taken in hand and pushed............

As most of my creditors have frozen or reduced interest and are leaving me in peace at the moment I'm inclined to continue with DMP for time being. Probably the time I might consider CCAs is if they start charging high interest again. But by then they'll most likely have found a way around it all.
Difficult to know which is the best option, but don't think I could face all phone calls/hassle again just now.

I'll be following others progress with CCAs. It might change my mind. Who knows?
