Don't bother with the LYB card would be my advice, there are always so many BS codes around that I've never needed one since discovering the joy of Grabbits!!

thanks tara, you got me thinking..
i just did it cos i would like the £5 birthday gift, considering i got the card for £4, i get a whopping £1 :)
right now im wondering if its a good deal

I agree that most of the time there is a better discount code floating around than the automatic LYB one. However, I still think it is worth having one for the 30% discount offer that the BS sometimes does, and for the odd time I shop instore:)

The website says free delivery but it's still £2.99 at checkout. Very frustrating.

Anyone figured a way to make the free delivery stay on through to checkout? Not sure I want to mess with calling to get the refund...

I can't get free delivery to show at all now. Shame as I wanted to place another order for the fuzzy peach and apple bath gels (I didn't realise they could be used as bubble bath when I was looking earlier).

This is driving me a bit mad tbh!!

It's not giving me free delivery and it's only giving me the 10% discount even though I'm signed in as a LYB member!

I've tried adding my things in different orders, clear cookies, etc. and it just never gets there, think I might give up in a minute! :(

Free Delivery definitely only working over £15 now
Try to sign out and then just do quick checkout with alternative email and the code for 20%

It comes back at checkout. The cart update page even says 'You've now qualified for free delivery' or whatnot but leaves the 2.99 on!

I've given up now, which is probably a good idea as I've ordered way too much this past month lol

Does anyone know if any of the 'sale' items are on sale in-store as well??
