have done two orders both free delivery/20 % off//£5 skincare and BOGOF offers kicked in...to get the free delivery i had to play around and seems to be when i add something cheap from the sale..£1 body wash made it kick in...ignore the fact that postage shows before you log in....it came off again at checkout stage for me ....its worth a play around..i now have about 5 carrot creams on there way to me...

Don't bother with the LYB card would be my advice, there are always so many BS codes around that I've never needed one since discovering the joy of Grabbits!!

It keeps changing, I guess you could check out, take a screen shot with the clock and then call for a refund to your card?

They did it for me when one of the glitches was on and were lovely about it
