Barclays PPI - success!

I originally wrote to Barclays about my missold PPI taken out on a loan with them in 2002 (I was working p/t at the time and when I tried to claim they said I wasn't eligible to use the PPI benefit when working p/t. I was p/t when I took the loan out, and they had that down). I think this was July/August time.
Got a couple of letters saying they were investigating, but with other things going on I had forgotten about it.

However I noticed two credits 'with our apologies' in my current account last week, and got a letter shortly after saying that they had refunded my PPI amount, plus interest paid on the loan and also the interest on the monthly payments I made over 5 years.

So, very happy, and it has made a big dent in my overdraft :T

Just thought I'd post to encourage others who are thinking of reclaiming or who are in the middle of it now. Don't give up!
