Yes it is worth doing something - what about the next poor sole that comes along and suffers at the hands of these people/person.

What have you got to lose? Sorry came in part way through this thread. Have they got a HR dept, perhaps approaching them first with your thoughts would help, then you can decide whether to log a grievance or not - you sound like you have enough evidence to sink a small ship - just dont be afraid or speaking out. It is scarey at first but once you have made that step it really does help. I too was bullied in my previous employment, it took me months to speak out, i was on a temporary contract too, but still did it. They asked me to stay and disciplined the person involved and they left of their own accord. I didnt want to stay as wasnt my area of expertise, but be brave and do it

Some places are really naughty and just disregard unsuccessful applicants, they dont seem to realise that when people apply for jobs they need them and have not just applied for a laugh.... this really ennoys me. Give them time some large organisations will eventually write to you if you were unsuccessful.

you could write to them again asking about your application, they cant knock you for being keen can they!!! I have done that before...

Are there any agencies new you with a good reputation that you could register with - most people gain permanent employment from temping with agencies..
