    Anyone else still waiting? I've just emailed again as still nothing arrived.

    ETA- email came back and website doesn't exist anymore. Time to open a paypal dispute I think.

    I've had the same experience. Nothing arrived, emailed and got reply about customs issue, still waiting for my Mocks. Website issues again - looks like it keeps going offline/server.

    I suspect the demand has outweighed the supply and they just don't have enough to send out.

    Shame, really. I'll follow PayPal if nothing appears after email.

    I sent a second email through after the first one was returned asking for a refund (only have a few days til the 45 days for making a paypal claim are up and decided to give them benefit of the doubt first)

    Got a response from Crystal today:

    Please accept our apologies, the Mocks website has been down since early last week and unfortunately we are having issues getting it back up!

    I will organise for a refund to you asap.

    We once again apologise for the inconvenience.

    I'd have preferred to get the Mock (originally bought for my touch screen phone to avoid scratches) but a refund is my only realistic option now I think...

    I'd have preferred the mock and twisters as well but it's already been so long I think a refund is the safest option. Let's just hope they process it quickly.
