Ok, that's weird, I was on their site about half an hour ago!

Will try to get on site from email link in order confirmation (still waiting on reply from MockStore)

Edit: These links now bring up the Dotoco Web Design page.

Typical! Soon as I email to ask for replacement or refund, they disappear.

Great find, tho i only came across this post today and when i tried the code for 90% off doesnt appear to be working anymore, boohoo.

Just came on to see if anyone else had received theirs yet who ordered when the offer was on. I ordered on 7th March and still haven't had anything. Am going to chase up now.

I got mine today but had to pay £13.22 to customs I ordered about 20 different mocks and twister things. Not sure why they didn't send in a couple of parcels instead of one bulk package.

I got a really speedy reply:

We sincerely apologise for the delay in your Mocks arriving in the UK. We have had issues with customs of late, however I do know that these have been released, and a consumer who was waiting on his order actually received these yesterday, so they should be with you within the next week.

If you do not receive these, please let me know ASAP and I will organise to send another set.

I sent to MocksRule@MyMocks.com which is the one on the contact us page on the website. The reply was really speedy.

Still nothing arrived yet.

Thanks I got a reply saying a load had gone through customs this week and to let them know in a week or so if I still havent recieved them.

I sent off an email to them on the date of my last post and this morning I woke up to this email:

'Dear Kwai Chi,

We sincerely apologise for you receiving a charge from customs for £13.22, this definitely should NOT have happened.

We have refunded the money via paypal today.

Please accept our sincere apologies.

I checked my paypal and it's there processing so I'm feeling much better now. :j

The electronic mocks are also awesome. The twister things are alright and I was already a fan of the phone mocks.
