Premier man

I have an account with these. The amount is charges just over 100 quid and they say it was open July 2009 as a "28 day continuous personal credit account". I do not remember sending the credit agreement nor sending it to them. I asked them to send a copy of the CCA which I received yesterday. This had my details filled in by them but it wasn't sign.

Just wondered if they can still enforce this? What is this 28 day continuous thing?

Cheers in advance!

Martin

It doesn't have to be signed to be legally binding, because you can agree over the phone or online. However, they do have to prove that a valid contract has been formed.
