What side of the table are you sitting on? Wanting to use an agency to recruit? Wanting to use an agency to find work? Or wanting to start an agency?Signature removed for peace of mind0

My friend is interested in starting an online-only recruitment business, he asked me for some advice.
I'm guessing the main problems are;
- not having an official place to meet (i.e. the office)
- no contacts at the beginning
- no tried and tested ways of looking into peoples cv's
- no knowledge in the laws of this0 -
Ah. Right. Sorry, can't help as I have no experience there! I think your assessment of the problems is about right, if it helps! And as for the law, your friend can't charge the people who are looking for jobs, only those who are seeking to recruit.Signature removed for peace of mind0
