Is it worth upgrading heating to sell house?

    I'd get it valued with the current boiler and then ask the EA if you had a new efficient one put in would it increase your house price.
    I guess it would increase your saleability but some people like to look for things they can do to improve a place once they've bought it.

    I think the way to go is to get some quotes of each option.

    The boiler will fall under the scrappage scheme, so replacement might turn out to be the best option as far as value and saleability goes.
