Cheap Charity Suggestions

On the MSE charity giving page, could I suggest adding these almost free charity giving suggestions:
Donating spare computer time. Most home and office PCs are massively under-utilised; effectively 95% or more of the power of the machine is usually completely wasted. You can donate the spare capacity to charity so research companies can use it (often for medical research to find cures for diseases). World Community Grid is a good place to start. It will make your machine use slightly more electricity than if it was idle, but the effect is small. You can also set it so it doesn't operate if you're running on batteries.
Microfinance: this involves lending (rather than giving) small amounts of money to the poor so that they can start or expand a business. Kiva is one of the biggest sites for this. There is of course risk and you may not get your money back however the default rate is very low (typically about 2%). I've been on there for months and have got all my money back so far.
