That's awful Phil - that should never happen. Hopefully things will improve now that you've stood up to them, fingers crossed anyway. Nicky is lucky that you're there to support her. x

I know....its weird when I worked thought nothing of finance meetings various other bits & standing up in front of hundreds of staff at training days & stuff...yet when I started being bullied my confidence & self esteem dropped through the floor & usually I wouldnt say boo to a goose....but REALLY suprised myself

I used to be like that Phil wouldn't say boo to a goose till I found out my son was being bullied then I let rip the headmaster didn't no if he was coming or going

Yup....got worse after that as well...she asked for some pain killers & the midwife turned round to her & said we've more important things to be doing than running after you...then goes into telling her about an emergency on the ward & disclosing details of another patient name etc...so much for confidential

It happens like that sometimes, you fight when you need too and strength comes from no where. I hate the thought of you being bullied x
