Hmm seems the case on the ward she's on....funny thing though the ward manager spoke to me like I was stupid after I questioned a few things....once I started using terms like quality of care & consistancy & caldicott guidelines etc her face dropped & she said "hmm your very well briefed on our complaints procedure" I explained maybe it's because of the fair few years NHS service I had....she changed her tone quick enough then

thankfully though the little guy fights like hes doing they may be home monday (ish)

Phil, don't forget Nicky's hormones are going to be all over the place at the moment now anyway, so she'll get upset really easily anyway. Can't be easy for you though, how about a big hug?

see thats the thing.....yet once they got her up EVENTUALLY she bled a fair bit onto the floor by the bedside she called for the nurse only to be shouted at & left standing in a pool of blood for nearly 20mins before someone cleaned up....but i'll forward your hug on to her x
