Not going too bad thanks Anastacia. I'm not doing too well with this month's debt and don't think it will be cleared in time.
I'm ok with AQA but I need to commit myself to a certain amount of time each day which I will definitely do during August.
My new business is a website which I will post more on when it takes off. Don't worry it's not one of those dodgy get rich quick websites  .
Good luck with all of your plans.

Same here for the motivation. I have a black bag in my hand as I type! Last week is usually my bad week as hubby gets paid on the 22nd.
I have set myself a weekly plan that fits everything in.
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday are college work nights.
Wednesday Im out with my friend.
Friday will be net time doing my surverys as I am saving the points etc for Christmas.
Saturday and Sunday will be for tidying and sorting and of course family time and maybe perhaps sleep!!! Oh and wine!!
And now maybe the time to educate my husband is the ways of the housework and the kitchen!!! Only joking he's not too bad but there is always room for him to learn more!!Official Debt Free Nerd No. 160:j
£2 savers club £8
Debt so far and counting £55K
Tip Jar - 1/4 full!!!
DFW date sept 2014 and reducing fast!!!!!:T :T
Proud to be dealing with my debts!!0 -
I have been reading the posts relating to dsylexia. I am a specialist teacher and part of my work is with children with dyslexia. My teenage daughter also has dyslexia. She has a lot of difficulties with personal organisation. This is common with dyslexia.
I was wondering if adults with dyslexia have particular difficulties organising their personal finances? I have been trying to do some research, but have found nothing.0 -

My husband is useless with all things to do with money.
We have been together 15 years, and he has never paid a bill, but spends without realising the implications it could have.
If the hole in the wall lets him have money, then he assumes it's OK. It would never occur to him that £1000 worth of direct debits could be due to go out tomorrow.
I'm not sure whether it's dyslexia related, or whether it's just him.
We have just opened a new current account, and so far I haven't given him his card for the hole in the wall, and guess what, we're in credit for the first time since we got married
Any tips on how to help a dyslexic 8 year old Prudent? Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:
