I could add a few already to mine with reading through others but I dont want to try too much at once and fall on my !!!!!!. I have my eye on an OU course as part of a degree, and i have got work to agree to pay for it, but i dont want to overstretch myself.

I am already de-cluttering like a crazy woman, so hopefully it will be easier to keep clean when they all get back.

    We can do it!

Great idea Anastacia, I'd love to join in (thanks for endorsing my thread too :D )

For the rest of 2006 I want to achieve:
    1. Continue with my clear a debt a month challenge. I don't know if I can clear a debt every month but I will try my hardest. I will then see where I am by the end of this year.
    2. Build up a consistant monthly income from AQA and mystery shopping which can all go towards clearing my debts.
    3. Aim to improve my health through putting on some weight and try to do some sort of exercise to clear my lungs.
    4. Keep going with my competitions and aim to get a BIG win by the end of the year (I need a holiday!!)
    5. Build up my new business which is not going too well at the moment. Find some more free advertising and aim to have a thriving business by the end of 2006.

I think that will do for now and should keep me busy for the rest of 2006. I really can't wait until this year is over!!

Good luck Anastacia and everyone else, really looking forward to seeing how you are all getting on :D

Life laundry, this seems like an excellent place to write my first post. With a list of ambitions!!!

Ok - this could be a huge list!!!

    1) debts - too many to mention - im going to make a budget using Martin's template and start to clear.

    2) Weight - still a stone and a half of baby weight too loose ( have lost a stone and a half already)( he's nearly 2 - so I have been stretching this out a while)

    3) House - LJD1 - I like your idea!! A room a week for me too!! selling what I no longer use!!

    4) Degree - My OU is ongoing but I am going to free up more evening time to finish my essays earlier and spend more time relaxing!!!.. or sorting!

Also I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone on the board. I have been reading these for a while now and your advice has been invaluable!! Its going to be a rocky road for a while now but Im on the right track!!

So here's to being DF in the future!!!

    Sam,

Welcome to the DFW board, and well done on your first post

Congrats on your post baby weight loss. I really must try to lose my baby weight. My baby is only 8 years old, so it's still early days for me :rotfl:

Its £25 for an hour but there is a self help book. Also i think you can get referred on the national health. It is so worth it, I cannot recommend it enough. Its made such a change o the old man.

I've been having a look at the Davis Dyslexia website and I think I am going to try and buy the book.

Have you got it? Is that how you helped your OH?
