what can i do with my flat when i travel

hi guys, thinking of going travelling for 4 months around xmas time and own a really nice apartment on the south coast, been wondering what to do with it I know most lets are for 6 months, but is there any companys that deal with professional companies etc that require quility furnished apartments for shorter periods, I could also let my car with the apartment. any ideas or suggestions

    If you really dont need the money I would not rent it out as you could risk getting your lovely place damaged.

    why not ask your local Marks & Spencer to see if they have any young management staff on secondment - or other large employers in your area ?

    In an ideal world i will not let it out but just thought there are maybee specialist companies that deal with it that would take necesary deposits and inventry
