My Ipod listing was removed and dont know why

Listed my daughters IPOD yesterday and today it was removed and I received a woolly email about breaching copyright etc.... very confused as there are loads of IPODS listed and no idea why my listing has been cancelled

Has this happened to anyone before... any tips on how I can relist it?

eBay won;t remove an auction unless there's been a complaint. In this case it's possible that one of the other sellers did the dirty on you for no good reason. You've probably just been unlucky and there's no reason why you can't list it again. Make sure you state it's used and use all your own text and pictures.

Did you say there were songs on it? If you did then there may be a copyright problem.

No the songs were all deleted... it was listed as a Black 30GB Apple Video Ipod
and I used my own pictures and text ... very puzzling!
