marbles particulars of claim

hello,
i have in the past used the particulars of claim provided by the consumer action group, which lists the particulars of claim relevant to each credit card provider.
however having used these in the past, and succeded in my court claims, i now have one final claim with marbles to take to court, who are not included amongst the providers in the list. i was wondering if there is a default particulars of claim which i might use, or one which has marbles in it. i have looked over the internet but have been unable to find one. i hope someone can help me please.

Have you not read the template on MSE which is generic ie not for one particular provider since the ultimate result will remain the same?0 -
i have come across one generic one, which was for money claim online. i didn't use it because i thought it was only for the MCOL (since it limits the amount of characters to be used) and i thought there may well be a longer one.
is that the one you are referring to, linked to on the credit card reclaiming page?0 -

You can simply copy that to an N1 claim form if you want.0 -

thank you for the advice guys.
i now have another problem. marbles registered address is in dunfermline in scotland.
moneyclaim online says i cannot make the claim using moneyclaim if i want to take them to court. is it the same if i send off the n1 to court? i've done the n1 thing many times before so its not a problem, i just want to make sure that i won't be wasting my time.0 -

It is not where the company is based that is the issue but you can sue them in England as you are based there.0
