Only if your IB is more (or equal to) what the law says you need to live on.

I think my IB will still be less than what the law says I need to live on.

    Thanks.

    What are you talking about?

How can they not beleive me? I cant lie about being diabetic and having acute depression.

Its you I dont believe, you get very angry if/when you recieve a DLA reduction, you didnt, you just dont like losing money and thats when you got angry.

By the way diabetes isnt a disability in itself, its a lifelong condition along with thousands of others and many millions of people work with it around the globe.

She does get this, but Im still not convinced Ill lose all entitlement to income support.

You may not but in general someone in your position will, what rate IB do you recieve and for how long have you recieved it?

And a load of other things decide what will happen but anyone losing DLA loses out money wise and its much worse for people claiming IS.

You don't have a clue what you are talking about.
If she feels sick to her stomach about her situation, who are you to say that she can't possibly be?
You have no idea about diabetes either, by the sounds of it. Diabetes isn't all about having an injection then feeling fine. There are different types, and you have no idea which one the OP has.

I cant belive you, you are sick to your stomach because you can lose money and not because you have lost your DLA?

Thats not the way you feel when you are disabled, you feel sick to your stomach because they dont believe you.

.. how can you tell anyone else how they should feel and why? I am incredulous that you can be so presumptious! OP I hope you get the help you need - I have no idea, sorry!

You dont ask about money when your DLA care award has totally gone, your angry about losing DLA but the OP though the LRM would make up the care award, read the thread and the anger comes when they the two dont equal out.

I am diabetic and have been for years, are you? And are many of my family. both types, the first in young and the second in the fat older member of my dads family.

and lastly its FC, its not how you feel but also your posts and this thread isnt about feelings, if it were the anger/bewilderment/sadness/disbelief etc, would come through and not about hopeing the not claimed LRM would make up for the lost MRC

from what I see you should get the disabililty premium on ur IB/IS as ur still classed as disabled.

Ur wife will lose her carers allowance.

It may be worth appealing as 5yrs ago I got turned down completely after filling in renewal forms, been on High rate mobility, they then said I wasn't disabled, I appealed and my gp wrote, got reviewed and I got high mobility, low care.

The other side of the coin a friend of mine shes had to go through tribunal and re-appealing as they dropped her from full mobilty, full care, to low rate on both.
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx
