DRO- What proof do you need, if any?
Options
Hello all,
I have a quick question about DRO'S.
Do you have to supply written proof of your outgoings? I.e your rent and utility bills? Im just asking so that i can arrange to get these things before making my application as a lot of my stuff is paperless!!
Thanks!

The insolvency service doesn't require this, so whether or not you have to provide it will depend on the policies of the approved intermediary's parent organisation.
You will probably be required to prove INCOME and then expenditure should be less than the trigger figures.
But it's definitely a good idea to get a folder together of all your accounts.
If you want to post other questions on DROs, you might get more info from the bankruptcy board where there are a few 'approved intermediaries'0 -
I'm in the process of applying for a DRO via the CAB. They have asked for printed proof of all my regular outgoings. This just seems to be for the CAB's use though and the forms I've filled in don't request proof.
You will probably need proof of income and written proof of all your debts, however small.0
