Student Accounts...

Options
Hey,

Ive read the Student Accounts guide for 2008/09 students but I don't seem to find one for 2010/11 students.

I am currently doing my A-levels in Economics, Maths and Politics and will be starting University in September. I need help on choosing a student account that has been updated in terms of information provided on the site.

All advice is appreciated...

Thanks

Aug time. Usually best when you have your confirmation.
  • You can apply for one when you have a firm offer (unconditional) from the University you will be attending.

I applied in January and it got accepted with an overdraft (for use right away). I guess August may be a better option as presumably they launch deals trying to persuade you to join around then though?

NatWest offers something free like a memory stick or a webcam for those who apply online between certain dates (normally August-October time). I think the waiting is more to be sure that you can compare all the accounts banks offer. If you apply now they might change come August.
