I bought the Aspen sofas and have been very pleased with them. They've got three children bouncing on them, one of whom is a toddler, but they still look really decent after a year of heavy use. They're very well made and so comfortable. I love them!

Didn't have a very good customer service experience with promised delivery dates being missed and after complaining, a promised refund of the delivery fee as a goodwill gesture never arrived.

Would order again though as the quality of the sofas was much superior to other chain stores that we looked in.
Here I go again on my own....

Aren't they part of the same group as Sofa Sofa and Odeon furniture?.We got ours from Odeon about 7 yrs ago, 7pm delivery again from South Wales.Very professional outfit IMO..When we looked on the web and asked for a catalogue all 3 companies catalogues came in the same envelope.

thanks for all i will buy my new suite
  • Anyone got any updates on this company ?

I know they will not be the best in the world but that Aspen modular unit for just over a grand seems well short of the price some competitors would like to charge. Speaking to them on the phone today though they did say that the leather on the Aspen was their top leather and it was harder than some of the cheaper models.

As a side note, they are doing a roadshow at the Novotel in Hammersmith on Sunday 19th September between 10am and 4pm. I might well go along as I am worried about buying something which I cannot first see and touch in the flesh.

they have a first class money back guarantee. if you dont like it, they will collect it and refund you.
i think it was for 28 days? (not sure).
    Get some gorm.
  • I'm trying to buy off them, but their lines are very busy (we've two questions before we order). However I would say judging by their swatches, their leather is gorgeous, and well above anything you'd get in the average furniture retailer
