Hi
Can't you just highlight them all, and have your My Music folder open and just drag and drop.0 -
I know you can do it because I have done it I will have a play and report back....
OK I have had a play, on my computer there is a folder on the D Drive ( my HD is partioned into C & D) called Sonic Stage and in there are all the MP3 files so if I select them I can right click and send to whereever...I can send them to my docs them put them all into my music.
Not sure if they are like this as "Standard" because I have backed up my music and reinstated it once or twice but another way to find them is to search using the main search bit from the start button, for music...
If you want any more help drop me a pm...0 -
nearly rich thanks i have found that, huge thanks...
butthat is only the music i have purchased, i have some songs on my mp3 player (that i took from a different pc) but how can i get that off my mp3 player and into my music? thanks0 -
uumm... assuming you are using a sony mp3 player (since you are using sonicstage) ...although this should apply to any mp3 player ... just select the music on your mp3 player on sonic stage, and press the arrow that points left towards your library on sonic stage.
otherwise try media players rip function... im not sure if it does it with mp3 players though0 -

'tracks that dont exsit in my libary are selected, cannot transfer the tracks deleted from my libary to the computer'
and windows media player will not do it either0 -

I shudder at the thought of sonic stage, must be the crappest bit of music software I have ever seen!

its better than connect (as that frozze my pc) and there is no other way to get my music onto my mp3 player......0 -
I use SS v4 and it's fine there were some probs last year with Connect but it's all fine now and if you have the latest version of SS Connect will not freeze your pc anymore.
posting I can't help with the other prob off the top of my head but I will investigate further....0 -
I have some MP3s that have been around for a while from an old pc too and they don't behave any differently so I can't really advise further sorry.0
