Not sure about the advertising, i've been using MS Money since 1999, so 7 years now, i've upgraded each year(or every other at least) not had any advertising, and i thing its a great program, tracks all shares and ISA i hold and all other types of accounts. worth the £29.99 i normally pay, so paying £9.99 for the Works Suite sounds a bargin
