Before I fire-bomb my neighbour, tips for her howling dog please?

Feel very sorry for you if this is still going on - its horrible being subjected to a racket like that all the time, and frustrating having an idiot neighbour. I also feel really really sorry for the poor dog - staffies are vocal at the best of times , not liking being on their own much, but it sounds like this unfortunate one is being left for too long periods and is really really distressed by the situation . Think Id call in the RSPCA as well . Theyre not up to much I know, but they may call round if theyre told the howling is bad enough forthe environmental health to be already involved , and every bit of pressure on your neighbour to get things sorted for everyones sake, is surely a good thing.0
