Hi. My first time over here.
Iv been helping a family member on his alotment for a year now so thought it was time I got something out of the deal. So i was thinking about using the greenhouse to grown some of these Peppadew peppers which I love.
The only problem is finding the seeds. It would seem they do not sell them.
I was just wondering if anyone knows where I can get them from or anything similar?
Thanks.

I googled too and they are rarer than rocking horse poo! You are allowed to swap the seeds just not buy them as the name peppadew is a tm and they de-seed every pepper that leaves South Africa according to Wiki. Thats so weird.Cogito ergo sum. Google it you lazy sod !!0

I had a quick search on the internet and couldn't find anywhere in the UK which sold them. I guess, if you could find anywhere which sold the fresh peppers, you could save the seed, dry them and sow them, but that is probably a very long shot.0

They only sell them over here already pickled in jars, not fresh.

They are just a variety of C baccatum and the taste probably has more to do with the processing than anything else.
I'd suggest you grow a mild variety of chilli pepper and, meanwhile, try to find out more about the processing, rather than chase clever marketing rainbows.
