Tesco Clubcard Online Account Problem

I can never seem to check my points online. Every time I try to get into my account I get an error message saying they have an issue which they are trying to resolve. Is it just happening to me? I don't think I've been able to check my account for a year now.

    I would email/ call them about it, this doesn't sound right to me.
    No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one! :mad:

    Mine was like that for ages and they said it was because the address on the clubcard didn't match the address I had set my online account up with. It was same place but typed up slightly different, when they changed it I had access.

    My mother had the same problem. Turns out her clubcard number had changed in the meantime. Not the most meaningful message from the Tesco Web Site though ... we tried her new number and got in straight away. So I would suggest checking to see if any details has changed since you last logged on ... if they have, then try the new details or simply contact Tesco.
