Now 22.20 here not been able to logon to BtYahoo home page all day and can't get emails to download. Fails on a/c 4 of 4. Tried to get to webmail in case it was something in that e-mail account but of course can't access the damn page!
I don't suppose they will volunteer a partial refund on next month's subs will they?

:rolleyes: Glad I'm not alone with this problem, just rang up and it was updated at 10pm saying engineers are working on it. I really need my e-mail as someone has sent me a map and their contact details which I need for Wednesday and no way of contacting person if can't get the e-mail.

its backkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk....not sure what the answer is for private emails but I am setting up a back up one with a. n. other webbased email provider so if it happns again I can get the business ones redirected for the duration.
