Complaining to Mazda

Good afternoon all,

I have a complaint to make with regards to the service we received from a Mazda garage. I have tried to complain to the garage (as high as possible) but am not making any progress. I am under the impression that the garages are all run under franchise. Does anybody have any details where to complain at head office or somewhere similiar? I have tried looking on their website but I can only find a 'data protection' address.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

  • Just curious, but what happened and what are you hoping to get from Mazda HQ?

I don't want to go into details as it's long and complicated, but basically this particular branch have messed us about no end and no one is willing to accept responsibility for anything. I don't want or expect anything in monetary terms, an apology and for them to admit they were very wrong on several points would do me. They had a very shoddy after sales service and it seemed like they were not interested in anything we had to say after they received our cash.

Thanks for the number neilmcl, not sure how I missed that. Will give them a call.

    Thanks.
