HELP ? My Update, claiming PPI back

Hi there,

I sent off my letter to the bank last Monday, asking for all my paperwork regarding the loans/top ups that i have ever had with the bank.
They were very quick in doing this and this morning i received documents for some of them.:(
I know for a fact that i have had another two top ups/loans previous to the ones that they have sent me back, ones as far back as 1999 and i def had one in 2003, which weren't included in the response.

What do i do now ? Write them another letter stating this and how do i word it ?

I know for sure that i have had the same account number during all this time.

Kind Regards

Steve:D
