Buyer wants to return item they haven't paid for!

I sold an item on a buy it now listing last night and checked this morning - I have a return item case for it!
The buyer said they've changed their mind. I'm unsure of what to do because I've never had this sort of thing happem to me before.
Any advice on what to do?
Just checked around and the reason they've "changed their mind" is because they've got one of the same items for cheaper.

Business sellers are obliged to take returns for any reason.
