Hi
I have booked a car from barcelona airport with Avis ( thanks for the help with that one!) I have been reading about the insurance you can buy to cover your excess.
What is peoples opinion on this? Do you think it is nec?

Well my boss certainly thought so when he crashed a hire car last year.
As we only had the car for 24 hours and the cost was split six ways, it was worth it for us but I don't whether it would have been if we had taken the vehicle for a prolonged period. I am not sure whether the fee we paid would have been the same for one day or seven days for instance.0 -
