CPW phone has lots of small problems

Hi,
I bought the Samsung Jet last year, I think it was just before christmas. Anyway, at first it was great, then the messages pin lock would temporarily seize to work until a restart of the phone.
I cannot delete my Emails in the email exchange program and Samsung have been unable to help me via email.
Thirdly, the pin on files fails to work as well sometimes.
The phone freezes sometimes when taking a photo.
The phone restarts automatically when updating an RSS sometimes.
This has been happening more or less from a week after I got the phone but I thought I would be able to update the firnware via Samsungs NPS software but it has been months and months since Samsung have been saying the they are 'currently' working on the servers to get it up & running: how stupid do they think we are.
Anyway, Can I take my phone into a different CPW branch, and what are my rights?
As far as I know, they will attempt to repair it on the spot, if they cannot, they will send away to manufacturer?

You can take it into any cpw store but only selected ones have a repair engineer onsite. If they have an engineer they will look at it the same day but if you take it to a store without an engineer they will send it away to there main repair pleace in Wednesbury which will take 2 weeksEverything Happens for a Reason....0
