Lost cash on theatre tickets?

After trying to book 2 tickets last night for 'Priscilla Queen Of The Desert' for the Mon 28th June 2010, my confirmation email showed 4 bookings (8 Tickets) all for 29th March at 7.30pm total £458, which wasn't what I had ordered. So wrong date & too many shows?
When paying I never saw a final review of what I ordered before I paid,
I did think was strange. This was for a birthday present & now my
life isn't worth living! Been unable to ring until 9am today but as the policy says no refunds! Is there any hope or anything to salvage? Sorry if in wrong forum.

Hi, the same thing happened to me also the other day. Out of curiosity, what site did you purchase them from? I went through Theatremonkey and bought the tickets from Encore.
I phoned also as I had only requested 2 tickets but was charged for 6. I had been attempting to get the "best" seats and hadn't realised that 6 tickets were in my basket. The final amount clearly stated £78 and not the £231 that came up AFTER I had put in my card details.
Fingers crossed for the refund coming through pronto
