Natwest/Mint Credit Cards - getting offer letter sent today - what should I expect?

I managed (eventually) to track down 3 account numebrs for two Natwest Mastercards and one Mint Mastercard. Charges totalled £700. I was told I would be receiving a letter shortly outling their offer for refund. What should I be expecting approximately guys? Don't want to get my hopes up too much you see!

Initial offer likely to be old charges refunded back to £12 in all likelihood. Challenge this because the £12 is owed to you.0 -
Hi I see that old charges were £12 and new ones £20. When they come to me with this offer, how do I challenge it please?
