500 points when you spend £15 on Fireworks :T
50 points on Heinz Beans

Plus found a 5p off litre coupon and a receipt with £38.00 worth of unclaimed Tesco points!

no till spits for me today but I did hand over a wedge of clubcard point vouchers that were due to expire shortly. I gained 2,500 points today so £100 more to spend at MFI.

Spent just over £4 at Tesco this afternoon, got a till spit: 50 points for buying The Daily Telegraph (Monday-Saturday). Happy bunny. :j

Hi don't usually get till spits at the w/end but today on spending £56 got a 35 points when you buy a 5 pack of twirl/flake yum yum and 50 extra points when you buy a 'finest' pie.

I got 100 points on Finish dishwasher tablets (think it was 5-in-1 or quantum) and used it on Finish Dishwasher Salt @ £1.18!!

I had another one today for 20 points for spending £1.20 on salad - had one of these already on my other card.

Does anyone know what salad they mean? Pre-packed salad in bags or potato salad/pasta salad type stuff?

i had one of these i bought a tuna & rice salad bowl (found with the sandwiches ) didnt go through on the till cs had to put the points on for me

I got a till spit for 100 points for Finest Canned Fish. Great, it is something I would use.

Next visit I looked for a product to buy, couldn't find any. Asked SA on the floor who couldn't find any and said she hadn't ever seen any.

Emailed customer service who said, sorry, but this product was in short supply and not all stores could be sent it. Also "Due to logistical problems, these items could not be transferred from store to store. I can understand your concerns and I am very sorry we were unable to help you on this occasion."

I emailed again, expressing my dissatisfaction with this response.

Second email from Tesco was "Unfortunately all products and offers from Tesco are subject to availability. If the product is not available then the Voucher cannot be redeemed. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience."

Both emails concluded with "If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us at....... "

Not very good Customer Service in my opinion. Whilst I realise these are more or less 'automatic responses' where was the button to press to say 'Really sorry for the hassle, yours and the SA in store, here's your points anyway'?

OK rant over.............. but am I the only one who thinks this is incredibly mean?

That is mean stilernin because I had a similar problem with a fairy liquid voucher which was for 50 points and came with my clubcard vouchers in the last mailing. I checked 4 Tescos and couldn't find the size of bottle at any stores. So I wrote to customer services attaching a photocopy of my voucher and they wrote back apologising and crediting my account with 50 points.
