Urgh! Today was an unfortunate one.

A lady in front of me had done £80 of shopping, but didn't have a club card, so offered to put her points on mine! Obviously, I accepted her kind offer without hesitation and was very pleased until I saw 3 till spits coming out with her receipt!!! Argh! LOL, wonder what they were :sad

Despite doing a split shop, no more till spits were to be found. Aaah well, win some, lose some. Didn't use any coupons today either as wasn't regular SA and I couldn't be bothered with the 'possible' drama.

oh no Charleneuk - that's terrible I'd be the same thinking great chance to get extra points and then I'd be cursing when the person walked off with the till spits ........... but if they didn't normally have a clubcard then they would be of no use to them, unless of course they had a clubcard and just had forgotten to bring it.

I have been to tescos twice in the last 2 days and I must say it has been refreshing not to hand over any coupons, definitely less hassle. I even bagged the buckaroo games today at £1.74 on bogof - top bargain.

been to tesco everyday this week and only got one till spit for 25 extra points on monday think they may be saying summot to me as i have £132 on my card

My mum got one today for 250 points on a £10 clothing spend, I tried kidding her it was junk mail but she was having none of it, even when I tripped her over she managed to keep hold of it !!! LOL

Can you still get till spits if you use the self scan as I have a tendancy to do that tow.

I have not had any till spits for a while, but they they have the offer of 20 extra points every time you use your clubcard on at the moment

Sorry, what do you mean? Get 20 extra points every time you use the self-scan? I haven't seen that offer yet - wonder if it's in selected stores only.

I shop in Edinburgh. The signs say that every time you use your card you get 20 points - the offer has been on for about 2 weeks and will continue until 20 November.

I did use Carlisle Tesco, but I did not get the 20 extra points
