Had my first ever till spit today - I was so excited!! :j :o

100 points when you spend £4+ on Tesco Naturally range or Ecover. I will be able to use this!

Any ideas as to why I've never received one of these before? I used a different Tesco to my usual one (as I've had some problems with vouchers at my normal store.) Have shopped here before though and never had a till spit.

I got the same till spit on my two cards last week: the good old 30 points WYS £1.20 on salad. It actually even scanned when buying potato salad and beetroot salad (it used to only scan for me for bagged salad leaves, which I normally don't buy).

I want to borrow quick-learner's kids too! :D My DS is no use, he just runs arond the store like a looney. :o

Congrats on your first till spit, jo_b! :j I'm not sure what the logic is, but I think going to a different store definitely triggers them off sometimes. ;)

  • My mum got one for the first time in about 4 months on thursday. She did used to get quite a few but shes only recently started seriously collecting points and she says she never used to use them. Anyway it was 35points on cadburys snaps. Will use it and see if that encourages the till to be more friendly when spitting.

Lady in front of me got 2 on friday, dont know what they were for though. Nice lad on the till scanned a £6 yellow clothes from his till for them too.
Reclaiming for family and friends. Won 4/13 so far
    HSBC CC - £263.25, Halifax CC - £179.45, HFC PPI - £589.00, HSBC PPI - £498.86, Lloyds PPI 1 - £400

As it happens he got home from work around 12 and felt c**p (man flu) so took some tablets, made himself comfy already to watch the footie.

Took DS with me, DD wanted to stay home to look after dad (but ended up going to friends house:rotfl: )

    So had a fruitful shop:T without him:rotfl:

Thank you to whoever posted about the finish salt.
It worked for me - 100 points for buying the salt rather than the expensive dishwasher tablets.

Hey peeps, am I right in thinking that we all have a till-spit cycle, and it's roughly every two weeks? I've noticed that I tend to get them avery fortnight and it's on a Monday or a Tuesday. Is this the same for everyone, or do we all need to know our individual cycle? :)

Would love that Gardeners' World one again. 100 points off a mag I'd buy anyway, free seeds and a voucher for free Mircale Grow compost... quids in lol.
