Got a till spit yesterday, at last: 25 points for spending £1.20 or more on bread. Also got the £5 off a £10 spend voucher when you shop at Tesco Direct - a useful voucher indeed, many thanks to the OP.

I wish I had known that about the Telegraph till-spits before, I threw one away last month as I didn't use it in time....but of course I had bought plenty of Daily Mails and other papers it may well have scanned against.

Now I am wondering if the ones you get for specific magazines (e.g. Essentials, Pick me Up) will scan against any mag? Haven't got one at the mo to test but I will be thinking outside the box a bit more with till-spits from now on!

I tried using my 50points on Amateur gardening mag on a 'best' mag. It wasn't excepted.

On the up side my partners card generated 50pts thanks for shopping Tesco Direct.

Then on my second trip in to get more FREE SUGARPUFFS ( Misprice thread, Easiest freebie ever!)
I found the free compost spit so picked up 2 thanks to whoever mentioned the BOGOF else I may have not realised with all the excitement of my freebietastic day. :j

Got another 200 points on £8 baby and toddler clothing spend today. Never had a till spit on a Thursday before :D

I've had one of those - remember it should work when buying bread that's 2 for £1 etc, as long as the price before the discount is over £1.20 ;)

I NEVER get till spits, well only twice ever even though I shop in Tesco most days.

Anyway my kind work colleague gave me a 250 points on £12 womens clothes, jewellery, but looking at my receipt it shows 500 points :j Not sure if he scanned twice or is scanning incorrectly.

Can anyone tell me, if I have two till spits the same do they both scan on the same spend? or do I have to buy double? (only hypothetical as I would have to buy on ebay to get any, but was just wondering)

    Cheers
